I was well geared and was Healthy,energized,Hydrated. I was running at the factory in Novodmitrovsk down closer to the ocean and i was checking the Tripple Barrel Looting area's i walked up a flight of stairs and stopped for a second to eat a Zucchini and then i hear a "Ahh!" ~Player painful cry~ and then i had enough time to read the red message that said "I Think my arm is broken" then the black screen came up and it said "You Are Dead"

all your bones get broken as if you glitched down to the bottom floor, or as if you got glitched into a wall.
