So recently ive been encouraging my self to lonewolf on dayz to nwaf and to get some gear and combat, but every since yesterday whenever i try join a server, Full or not, low ping (60-80) or high ping (100-150) i still get "Wait for host" its really annoying because im at nwaf and wanna do something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try to unplug your router and modem (2-3minutes wait). It happens from time to time but it sounds like your not communicating very well with the servers.
Shouldn't be like this always. Otherwise back right out of the game and wait for the game to crash then reload it up.
Maybe once in a while it will "please wait" otherwise should not always do this.
