I joined the server as it usually does. My character has appeared in two seconds (usually wait 60 seconds), but the character was reset. This is my 10 time or more when it resets my character. I play with my colleagues and they do not have such problems.

Hello,
Sorry to hear about the character resets. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. The devs are aware of the problem related to character save loss and they'll be working on fixing it. It seems to be a bit difficult to nail down (and thus fix) the problem, but please rest assured that it will be addressed during development.
