Character stuck under apartment building in Dubky

Description

Coming down from the second to the first floor by ruined stairway, "fell" into the room left of the stairs. Tried and tried to free him but have come up with nothing.

Reconnect to the server and was in the textures under the first floor...
Also, I can not get out.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Join server that is running version 0.52.126010.
  2. Find same building (for example in Dubky).
  3. Go down from the second to the first floor by ruined stairway (may be close to the left wall).
Additional Information

Please help me to get out. I am holding a tent (inherited hard, I hope he stays with me).
