Hi,

Thanks for sending in your information again. Since I can only fix the problem while you're not logged on to a server, I have sent you a friend invite on Steam so you can ping me when you're online. Then we can have a look at the problem together.

I just checked and saw that you were offline according to the Steam friends list, so I went ahead and moved your character. In case you find him stuck again, just submit a new ticket and I'll have a look at your character again.
