I have seen this occur many times now where if you crouch on the roof of a police station or if you stand on the different floors of a fire station or other similar buildings with stair cases it will cause your legs to be injured. This is noticeable when the screen flashes white. This will always cause pants to become ruined and almost always damaging the items inside. Sometimes, it will also cause a repeat of the glitch that will happen multiple times, ending with a broken leg.

Steps To Reproduce
Enter a building, preferably a fire or police station, and stand, crouch, or prone next to the stair cases on the roof or the second or third floors.
Additional Information
If you have experience that glitch before, just be careful in these buildings, unless if you are testing for the report.
