On logging in my character had fallen through a floor. Unable to get out. Tried all of the possible solutions posted on forums, none work. Unable to go prone, or lean left and right and also jumping or vaulting doesn't work.

I've now thrown away my gear, which I can no longer pick up, in order to try and starve/die of hypothermia. Looks a slow process though as I was at the peak of health.
