so basically my game just freezes up,completly unplayable and sometimes just crashs to desktop... It doesn t always happen in the same places but always happens within 15-40 mins gameplay...Sometimes there s zombies or when i m in a town(big or small) and it happens often when i m using the free look button(alt)to look over my shoulder... I ve been experiencing crashs since release(as is to be epected) but ever since 0.48-0.49 update the graphics are always going funny and freezing,then my game usually crashs or i have to shut it down so for me the game is completly unplayable... I have a low end machine but i play with most graphics settings on low and all options like vsync or anti aliasing etc disabled... the game crashed often and on random basis but was very playable up untill said updates...

don t know what to tell you,i think its a graphical issue because it s not consistent;the only consistent thing is the time,i just start the game up,dtart playing and between 15-40 mins gameplay the crash occurs...

The same thing has been happening to me for about 3 weeks. It usually crashes every 20-25 minutes and goes straight to my desktop without a crash message. I've scoured the internet for a solution but haven't found one so I decided to come here.
Ok provide hardware please, something is not right with your setup. The game has not crashed for many of us with quad core setups, R290 or gtx 780ti with 8 to 16gb of memory. High-speed internet recommend the best.
Something tells me guys your hardware is not working correctly to the game. Let me guess video?
I have a GTX 660 and an I7 4790k. It's pretty unbalanced but I used to be able to play now I can't.
