logged out on a rock, logged back in and i was deep down in the quarry with invisible walls everywhere, the rocks overlap eachother so i cant vault/roll/jump out of there. cannnot suicide, accidently dropped all my gear during a server crash. Keep in mind that this is on the main hive and not private shard.
