Got stuck on balcony at cherno

So i was in Cherno and i saw the scafolding so i went to explore it and got myself stuck in the balcony -_-I thought that it would be alternate way into house but obviously its not :D Its near the church and i would be really gratefull if someone could help me solve this problem.
