Every third person server returns "Your character was unable to be loaded and has been reset. A system administrator has been notified. Please reconnect to continue." when trying to log in. Please advise on how to resolve. I am only able to login to 1st person and public hive servers at this time.

Steps To Reproduce
1.Attempt to connect to a 3rd person public hive server.
2."please wait"
3."Your character was unable to be loaded and has been reset. A system administrator has been notified. Please reconnect to continue.".
4.Exit.
5.Reconnect.
6.repeats from step 2.
7.attempt to connect to 1st person hive or private hive
8.successfully connect to 1st person or private hive.
