Unable to play with character under 1st/3rd Person due to continued error upon Server entry

Description

I cannot join any 1st/3rd person Hive connected servers, I keep getting this error while sitting on "Please wait" -

"Your character was unable to be loaded and has been reset"

Could you please reset my character so I can rejoin.

(Note, this happened to me a few weeks ago and you guys reset me - I apologize for it happening again.
