As mentioned this is not something we can fix from our end. Logging on with your account would be in violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement (http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/), and in any case; if the problem is indeed related to your Steam account being limited (just like if you couldn't access servers if your Steam account was VAC banned), then you should contact Steam's support since we have no access to or administrative powers over the Steam user accounts: https://support.steampowered.com/
