I had a tent in my hand and could not x out of it. I needed to kill a zombie so i dragged my hoe into my hand. The tent disappeared, and it wasn't in my "glitched double carry" inventory slot that sometimes comes up below the backpack. It was just gone, i relogged and still no tent.
