So i was in the 8-floor building in Chapaevsk on the balcony. After server restart I find myself alive but under the 1 floor and could not find a way out. Only one more re-log helped me and i sprinted out through the wall.

As i told earlier, im already went out of this bug.
The report is only about that there is some kind of bug, if you were at the balcony while server restarts, there will be high chance to fall down through textures
