Shotgun, blaze rifle, revolver,repeater, mosin nagant, should be able to reload with lose bullets.
I understand loading a mag up and using it. But for these specific weapons you can't reload if you have 3/6 shots left, you have to eject all first then reload again. When in reality all you need to do is add more to what is missing
