i had the same Problem first.
Also the Support of fragnet can't help.
And the Server Crashs all the time during starting.
We found the Problem:

The Start-Time<<

If you don't Change the start-time at default the Server starts normal. If you Change the time, the Server is also not shown in the browser.
Don't know why it is at it is. Its also not on all server.

I tried changing the server start time back to what I thought the default time is but its not helping.
