I thought about something that would be really nice if it was in DayZ.
First, i suggest you to make an Adrenaline package, like when your screen is grey (loosing blood) it will make your screen colorfull and it will make you be more focused. when you aim in the scope, your scope will be steady, and when you look around while running you won't see blurred at the sides of the screen (or it's in my settings? :P), and it will make you be more focused, after running as well.
Gun to head animation, let me explain;
when you hold a gun (such as Magnum, Makarov, Longhorn - pistols ..) and press F10 you will aim you gun to your head near the ear and when you press the mouse you will shoot yourself :P also, its a great way to suicide :D
