Terrible fps in towns with low and high video setting

Description

I play with lowest settings and textures very high and get 20 fps in citys. High setting makes me fps more.

Specs i5 3575k ivy bridge
gtx 650 ti boost clocked from motherboard
8gb ram
installed on ssd

I am definitely not the only one getting massive fps drops and it's game breaking.

Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. During development, optimization will be addressed so that performance can be increased.
