The server cannot load my character data when I enter EVERY server.

Description

i don't know how it started,just since a few days ago,when I entered the server,there was a few words on the screen said"Warning: The server cannot load your character data,you better exit the server now,or you will restart the game with default character bla bla bla".And I tryed EVERY server,it happened again and again.so I still enter the server and play from default character.But when I log the game today it happened again.

please tell me why and fix this,or tell me what should I do?

I always get the same message, but when I join my character is loaded.

Hello 3ros,

Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. The devs are aware of the problem related to character save loss and they'll be working on fixing it.
