Unfortunately, there's not much we can do from our end. If you don't experience the problem at yor friend's place, then it seems like it's a local networking issue.
For now I can only recommend that you verify the integrity of the game cache and make sure to update the firmware on your router as well as making sure that DayZ has the appropriate access/permission through your firewall and antivirus.
In order to verify the integrity of the game cache, please use the following steps:
- Start Steam and right click on DayZ in your game library (make sure that the game is not running).
- Select the tab labeled "Local Files".
- Click on the button labeled "Verify integrity of game cache...".
- Start DayZ once the process is complete.
