I logged off the server for a comfort break and to get a coffee, when I logged back in my character was a fresh spawn. I know it's alpha and that the several days spent gearing up might be lost, but is there a way to get my character back? If so, how?

I've tried logging on to different servers, including all the ones in my favourites but I'm always a fresh spawn. I've attached an image of my character from a few days ago, but I had managed to obtain a lot more gear since then.

Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. Unfortunately, we won't be able to reinstate your previous inventory. The devs are aware of the problem related to character save loss and they'll be working on fixing it.
