Just downloaded Dayz standalone and can't proceed further from "please wait" screen.
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Every time I try to play the game all I see is: 1. Bohemia logo, 2. my cursor 3. The black screen with the Dayz logo, the please wait text on the top left corner and some background noise like: water, insects, wind ect. I try to wait for even 20 minutes, but no further action is possible all I can do is enjoy the sweet background theme.

Steps To Reproduce

Literally happens every time I try to play the game, so far I tested it 5 times then decided to do something else with my spare time.

Additional Information

Also the Initial resolution is warped out, I have never seen my cursor that huge, I'm sure there are options settings that can help me tweak that once I get passed the black screen and actually join a server (which has yet to happen).

I try to upload the file but the site gives me an error message, is there any other way I can send you my Dayz cfg file?

You can post the contents in a note like when replying to us :) By the way, what is your native screen resolution?
