Persistence on?
Vilayer Support told me for our server, that if enabled new loot wont spawn, but simply things that other player drop there will rest there

The server i loot up on mostly is the vF clan server. ip is 66.55.158.199 Port: 2302

Pardon, I think I see what the issue is here now. Loot respawning is not affected by restarting your server, so somewhere on the map, you should be able to find items. There is of course the chance, that the server is hit by the bug described in ticket #17617. The devs are aware of this problem and they are working on fixing it.
