Sorry to hear about your trouble. If you send me a link to your Steam profile, I'll have a look at it (there were no results on Steam when searching for the ID that you sent us). Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"

If you prefer to send your Steam ID url in a private message, you can click the "Make Private" button to the left of your message after you click the button labeled "Add Note".

Thanks for sending in your Steam ID. According to the database your character does not have a broken leg and should thus be able to get out of the concrete shelter by using the ladder that leads up.
