I've been having some issues with vegetation (trees, bushes, grass to a lesser extent) rendering incorrectly, for lack of better terms. Vegetation that is a short distance (0-150 feet) from the player renders in a very blocky, blurry, and overall strange way (see screenshot). The vegetation almost appears as if the game is treating it like it's far off in the distance and not right next to the character. After about 150-200 feet, the trees seem to render at least somewhat normally. Grass, on the other hand, just looks strange and off compared to what I know the grass should look like at all distances.
The issue has occurred in both the current Stable (.49) and Experimental (.50) versions of the game. It has also happened earlier than that, but I can't remember when exactly the issue started.
I've tried both upping and lowering almost all of my graphics settings to combat the issue, but nothing fixes it. I've also tried to make sure that it wasn't trying to run the game off of the integrated graphics card, and I've updated my video card drivers. However, it's not the entire game that looks bad, just the trees, shrubs, and grasses. Buildings and weapons look totally fine, and there are not any major performance issues of any kind.
