Server 108.61.238.235:23 DayZ IL 2-10 is stuck in a restart loop. It will restart to 0800 and then not let anybody log on. Then it changes its time to 1200 and then restarts again, and again, and again. This is bad since this is where I have my tents and need to get to them but can't join because of this restart loop.

Just refresh the server list and watch it. Try to join and it won't let you.

Thanks for sending in the server information. We have a handful of servers with the same problems at the moment, so I've sent your server info across to the devs as well as Gameservers for further investigation.
