Sorry to hear about your trouble. To begin with, please try the following:
- Start DayZ and enter the Main Menu.
- Click the button labeled "Configure".
- Click the button labeled "Video".
- Click the button labeled "User Interface".
- Select your appropriate resolution from the dropdown menu.
- Select a proper aspect ratio and exit to the Main Menu.
Since the button labels might not be legible in your game due to the current User Interface resolution, you can use the following link to see which buttons to click: http://i.imgur.com/o5hWeoy.jpg
After performing these steps, it should be possible for you to select a proper ingame resolution and screen aspect ratio.

try to enter to video options then exit them , should fix the bug , but you may see most of the things in black and white(i have this bug too)
