  1. Play DayZ
  1. Go to apartment building in Dubky
  1. Go Down regular ladders
  1. Have major server lag
  1. Get stuck in room in the last stair case (the one that is broken)
  1. Try to get unstuck by logging in and out again.
  1. Get spawned under the building for some reason.

By the way my last ticket was solved by uninstalling wtfast
