You spawn with literally nothing. Instead of jeans, a shirt, and shoes you are always in your underwear. Anything you try to put on will stay on for a few seconds and then drop onto the ground. This applies to clothes and worn items (weapons, anything in your hand, etc)It seems to be random but happens the majority of the time. 4 out of 5 spawns yielded the same result.
