Some times, usually by the stairs in a building you will have your legs broken, then you will fall completely through the floor and die. Your body will stay positioned on other peoples screen on the floor that you fell through and just look like you had your legs broken.
I have lost 5 characters fully looted because of this nonsense.

Steps To Reproduce
Stand by stairs(ATC) or run down the Hosiptal ramp and you will randomly get your legs broken, then finally completely fall through the ground.
