There is no loot on any servers, not even the useless items like:
-wrench
-duck tape
-books

07:49 GMT 2014/10/15

This issue is recurrent, comes and goes from time to time it seems

LOOT reappeared 10:23 GMT(that's the time i logged in to see if the loot appears, maybe the loot appeared earlier)
i joined 2 US servers.

Hello paranoid_ostrage,

Thanks for putting this to our attention. The devs are continuously working with the exp servers, so disruptions/instability in one form or another will most likely always be present on those servers.
