Hackers made me put and the whole clan i was with put our weapon when i got close to them
I tried logging but got reset.
It said a system admin was notified

Please advise

sorry for clarification, when we got near hackers, we automatically put our weapons away.

we lost our characters. Please rectify or advise

Sorry to hear about your experience. The devs are aware of the issues related to hackers/cheaters and they are continuously working together with BattlEye in order to deal with them. Please be advised though that like the rest of the development of the game, this process will take some time.
