Confirmed, happens to me twice, first time in the little town south of Novodimitrovsk, last time in Chernogorsk. I also broke my arm there too. And yes your pants get ruined too.

Also happened to me and a friend of mine. First, I broke my legs at the station in Severograd, and then my friend was killed at the station in Chernogorsk. My pants were ruined as well. This bug is present in all fire stations, I believe.
