In the Arpartmentsbuildings the loot spawns in the floor. Today I saw a can Spagetthi half in Ground and wanted to open it with the can opener, but accidentally swapped it with the Magnum, which Resulted in that I could not pick up the Magnum as it was in the Floor no more bootable. Very inconvenient.

I have had the same problem. I lost an akm today because of this. Kinda bad when ammo is getting hard to find. Luckily I had another gun with me.

Both the large and small apartments can be risky places to be. One entrance and exit creates a bottle neck. The windows make it an exposed place to loot. The risk should be worth the reward since it also takes time to search the entire building. Some items also appear to be sunk in the floor so they are hidden. If you drop an item it will also vanish. I found an item that I drooped outside of the building when I left.
