its called a desync death let me guess on dying it said my leg is painfull? this either means
1- your in a server your not good for and it cant support you so you desync and get killed
2- you just have crap internet and suffer majorly from lag the game is in alpha it hasn't been optimised yet so putting a thread up like a 5 year old does nothing all you have stated is that you died while fully geared for all the devs know you were shot

yeah it only happens when your desynced (can be checked when hitting P and selecting you name) and on any building that has a second floor it happens the most in 2 story barracks, firestation towers and ATCs, happened to me not 20mins ago and may be the sole reason I go back to EXP as I don't suffer it 90% as much as I do on stable, this issue had been fixed late into 0.48 but now with 0.49 stable its come back with a firey vengeance I see about 30 desync dead people a week
