Clothes doesnt help with temperature

Description

When i get the jacket or something warm it still gets me the sign that im rapidly cooling off even if i should be very warm

Steps To Reproduce

just when you spawn get a warm jacket and look at the text.

Pyratka set Category to category:characters.

Pyratka set Reproducibility to Always.

Pyratka set Severity to None.

Pyratka set Resolution to Duplicate.
