After several hours and restarts on a few servers I've noticed in the military camp at the NWAF the tents with the single entrance and wooden floor don't spawn any loot at the moment. Same for the cars in this area, esp. the pick ups, trucks and military vehicles where I found the one or other useful thing before 0.49.
