i just looted a body near the boat put on a hat then went up the stairs then for some reason my leg was hurting badly and then i instantly died. i dont know what caused this as i was a fresh spawn.

i then found that my body had fallen through the floor and was on the ground. i also saw another dead player next to me so maybe it happened again.
