I've had this issue twice. Once in the 0.48 patch on stable and once in the 0.49 on stable.

The first time I threw the m67 my character wasnt able to move. Afther like 10 seconds I could move again but I wasnt able to put anything in my hands. I had to relog.

The second time was with the rdg-5 grenade. Same story unable to move and stuck in the throw position. After 10 seconds of waiting I could not put anything in my hands and had to relog. In the meantime my friend was killed by the guys I tried to nade :(
