I was Climbing a ladder on a Fire Station Tower in Cernaya Polana. I utilized the "Grab Ladder Through Wall" glitch to mount the ladder. I made it to the top, but did not go onto the roof (by choice). My friend mounted the ladder in the same fashion. His head clipped my foot and my character flew off, landed, and died. I was still in the climbing position when falling. Quite funny actually.
