Since you guys are adding in improvised ghillies which I assume will go over normal clothes or is something you add to said clothing items. I was thinking some kind of poncho or like a cloak or something to help with the rain. 
The rain coat is nice, But think about how cool cloaks with hoods would look and not to mention if its a residential spawn should help with how quick you die as a new spawn during the rain.  As it stands now there is almost no way to survive a thunder storm as a new spawn which kinda sucks man.
