Today while I was running through an empty server in search of loot at the NWAF I was killed instantly after running on the spiral stairway using the sprint key while standing up & fists extended (for max speed).

I already have been getting issues where stairs (In the red barn usually) would break my leg, again I never go airborne; I always make contact with the stairs, I just move VERY quick. Sometimes it is just a pained leg with no total break, other times its full on bleeding/prone-break... or death.

It has happened 4 times now, always while sprinting near stairs. I never fall off, the stairs just decide I am being to cocky and eviscerate my character with magical stair chakra.

Been playing DayZ since the mod when a door could break your leg, or going prone next to a naughty tree: I know how it is.

Just died in the firestation after ASCENDING the stairs! I did this nice and slow this time around, although it was my second time going up.

I get to the top of the firestation (EMPTY SERVER)

I recoil in horror when I see on my screen:
"your legs are in pain"
"dead"

FROM SLOWLY GOING UP A SET OF STAIRS THEN STOPPING WHILE CROUCHED.
Just lost a tester for a good bit, I cannot be bothered with this game when about 50+/- hours of gameplay on a character is wiped away like a fly on a windshield to such an INSANE bug.

goodluck, havefun devs/testers; im done with dayZ til you get things like this ironed out...

FORGET ABOUT BEAR AI AND A CAR THAT GOES BEEP BEEP, WE NEED BASIC STUFF LIKE THIS FIXED.
