I know the character reset happened yesterday, but my character reset again today the 18th of September after several hours playing. The server rebooted. I joined again to find that my character has been reset. A couple of hours of work gathering supplies gone.

Ok This just happened again, Green Mountain Sanctuary, and several other servers. When servers reboot, character resets. I know this just cant be me.

Same thing happens to me. This has happened about 4 times to me already. Win 8.1 64bit

If you want your character to be saved make a few things:
- After you get the message about restart click exit.
- Click again exit in server window.
- Wait until you character load in start window.
- In server list find your server, but not enter.
- Wait until server time will be 14.00 or 15.00, not 08.00, 9.20, 12.00, exactly 14.00 or 15.00.
- After that you can connect to server and see you saved character.
This help me on daylight servers.

Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. The devs are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.
