There is a spot on the map just east of cherno in the swamps where my character is completely stuck jumping / floating in the air. Any movement is restricted. Doesn't matter if you are prone, crouched, or standing, still can't move at all. The following (under additional information) is a short youtube video that shows exactly what my character is doing. I've been stuck here for at least two weeks now.
