I was at Elektro at the power plant and got hit by a Zombie, after killing it all seemed ok.

I then moved behind factory area made a splint, applied a splint then when I moved something in my hoodie (green) it instantly became ruined and 2 of the 4 items were also ruined.

I then moved something in there again and it became ruined, it did this with all the items in there.

Anything else after that from other inventory slots I placed in to the hoodie seemed ok.

Just a something I noticed thought you might like to know.
