Sorry to hear about your trouble. Unfortunately, I get the following error message when searching for the Steam ID that you sent in: "There are no users that match your search"

If you send me a note with your Steam Profile ID url, I'll have a look at it. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"

Also, please let me know if your character is on a Regular/Hardcore server.

If you prefer to send your Steam ID url in a private message, you can click the "Make Private" button to the left of your message after you click the button labeled "Add Note".
