Me and my friend have both had this happen a couple times and once even killed my friend. When walking up stairs and then crouching shortly after seems to either kill your character or break or arms and legs and ruin your pants and boots almost as if you have fallen even though your character has not moved an inch. It seems to happen in the military building with the jail cell and houses that have a 2nd floor. This has become a very inconvenient problem.
