I've tried it with my own Server it works always perfectly until the Server restarts 3seconds after you logged out. If you reconnect You're going to Spawn as a new Char. i dot know if this is the only Bug to loose your Char but i think its one.
I hope the Charakter problem will be fixed as soon as possible because its really ***** to always start from 0.
