Unfortunately, I get the following error message when clicking the link that you sent in:

If you send me a note with your Steam ID url, I'll have a look at it. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"

Also, please let me know if your character is on a Regular/Hardcore server.
